Kluane Drilling Ltd , dedicated to providing high quality drilling services based on technical innovation and human talent, is looking for a HR Assistant to join our team. We’re a dynamic, multicultural crew known for flexibility and a strong sense of urgency. Wage: $30 per hour, plus overtime. Start Date: As soon as possible
Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week
Manage the employee onboarding and training program.
Assistance with paperwork for new foreign workers at government offices.
Keep the record, documents and information for foreign workers updated.
1-2 years experience in a demanding crewing/recruiting/scheduling role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Willing to work additional hours in busy season and take vacation during off-season (November - March)
