Customer Relationship Manager / Responsable Relation Clients H/F

Le chargé de compte livraison est un rôle clé en leadership, principalement axé sur la gestion des clients, la gestion financière, la gouvernance et la gestion des contrats au sein de l’organisation de livraison de comptes clients. Ce poste joue un rôle central dans le maintien de relations solides avec les clients, la garantie de la stabilité financière et la supervision de la conformité aux contrats et aux cadres de gouvernance. L’employé doit être basé à Montréal, au bureau au moins 3 jours par semaine, à temps plein de préférence. Responsabilités clés : Gestion des relations clients : Établir et entretenir des relations solides et positives avec les clients, y compris les clients de niveau exécutif et de gestion. Collaborer avec le Responsable de la livraison client (Customer Delivery Executive) pour comprendre et s'aligner sur les attentes des clients. Travailler avec le Responsable client et le Responsable de la livraison client pour gérer efficacement les attentes des clients. Surveiller et améliorer la satisfaction des clients grâce à des mécanismes de rétroaction réguliers et à des initiatives d'amélioration continue. Gestion financière : En collaboration avec l'équipe financière, aider à superviser la budgétisation, la gestion des coûts et la facturation des projets et services clients. Surveiller et gérer le compte de profits et pertes (P&L) des projets ou comptes assignés. Collaborer avec les équipes financières et de projet pour créer des budgets de projet complets, en tenant compte des aspects financiers et de la rentabilité. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de gestion des ressources pour allouer efficacement les ressources financières aux différents projets et comptes clients. Aider à la gestion du temps et à la facturation appropriée de la main-d'œuvre selon le modèle de coûts du compte. Gérer les accords-cadres, les énoncés de travail (SOW) et les demandes de changement en collaboration avec les équipes juridiques et d'approvisionnement. Gestion des contrats : Soutenir le CDE lors des négociations et des renouvellements de contrats, en veillant à obtenir des conditions favorables pour l'organisation. Mettre en place un processus solide pour gérer les changements de périmètre, incluant l'analyse des impacts, la documentation et l'approbation des clients. Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) spécifiés dans les contrats pour mesurer et démontrer le respect de la qualité de service. Conduire des réunions régulières de révision de contrats avec les clients afin de s'assurer de l'alignement avec les besoins et objectifs en évolution. Collaborer avec les équipes juridiques pour résoudre les problèmes et différends contractuels. Livrables : Collaborer avec les équipes de livraison pour améliorer la prestation de services et satisfaire ou surpasser les attentes des clients. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Exécutif / Gestionnaire de Livraison de Services afin d'assurer la gestion des opérations, la gestion des tickets et le respect des SLA.
Fournir un leadership et des conseils aux tours de livraison en lien avec la gestion financière, la gouvernance et la gestion des contrats.
Prendre des décisions stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs financiers et de relations avec les clients.
Solides capacités en leadership du service à la clientèle.
Expertise en gestion financière, en budgétisation et en analyse de P&L.
Connaissance approfondie des principes de gestion des contrats et de gouvernance.
Compétences exceptionnelles en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
Maîtrise de la gestion des relations avec les clients, y compris avec les niveaux C.
Nécessite généralement de 12 à 15 ans d'expérience pertinente, dont 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion ou en leadership.
The Delivery Account Executive is a key leadership role primarily focused on client management, financial management, governance, and contract management within the Client Account Delivery organization. Working directly in alignment with the CDE, the role supports the CDE’s organization to drive outcomes for the client and NTT.
Employee must be in Montreal, in the office 3 days a week at a minimum, full time preferred.
Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients, including executive and managerial-level clients.
• Collaborate with the Customer Delivery Executive to understand and align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with the Client Executive and Client Delivery Executive to effectively manage client expectations.
• Monitor and enhance client satisfaction through regular feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives

# Financial Management:

• Working with the Finance team, assist in overseeing budgeting, cost management, and invoicing for customer projects and services.
• Monitor and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for assigned projects or account.
• Help with WBS creation and invoicing the client through monthly baseline fees and ARCs and RRCs
• Collaborate with finance and project teams to create comprehensive project budgets, considering financial aspects and profitability.
• Work closely with resource management teams to allocate financial resources effectively across projects and client accounts.
• Helping with Time keeping and appropriate labor billing to the account cost model.
• Manage Master Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
• Responsible for Monthly governance reviews and driving SIP/Service Excellence activities working closely with the SDM and Delivery tower leads.
• Monitor adherence to contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and governance policies, taking corrective actions as needed.

# Contract Management:

• Support the CDE on contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
• Review and analyze contract documents, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Implement a robust process for handling scope changes, including impact analysis, documentation, and client approvals.
• Support in creation of Change requests and exceptions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) specified in contracts to measure and demonstrate adherence to service quality.
• Conduct regular contract review meetings with clients to ensure alignment with evolving needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with legal teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes.

# Delivery :

• Collaborate with Delivery teams to improve service delivery and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Work closely with the Service Delivery Executive/Service Delivery Manager to ensure operation management, ticket management and SLA compliance.
• Help in data driven analytics and setting up robust operational and client reporting.

# Leadership and Direction:

• Provide leadership and guidance to delivery towers related to financial management, governance, and contract management.
• Strong client service leadership capabilities.

Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
In-depth knowledge of contract management and governance principles.
Proficiency in client relationship management including C-Levels
