Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibility:

Purpose Supply Chain Trainee will support our International Sales & Service team. This role will work across the organization to facilitate effective administration and office operating procedures related to the customer experience Areas of Responsibility / Tasks Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below. a. Export supply-chain management: Coordinate ocean shipments b. Export documentation c. Accounts Receivables & Payables transactions: Credit & Collection d. Respond to & resolve customer inquiries e. Coordinate foreign supplier purchase orders & payment f. Documentary Collections & Documentary Letters of Credit g. All other duties as assigned Competencies; Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA) To perform this role successfully, an individual must have experience achieving desired result(s) in their areas of responsibility. Education: a. College Diploma/Undergraduate degree in any discipline b. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree (Do not remove as this is required language) 2. Systems Experience: a. Microsoft suite: Outlook, Excel - Required (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint preferred) 3. Language: a. This job primarily operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and mobile communications devices.

Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, with/or without the use of a private office.

Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
