Graphic Designer-fully remote

As a key member of Lightspeed’s dynamic in-house creative team, you'll spend your days helping to build a strong and consistent global brand, supporting initiatives that expand our reach into new and existing markets. As a Graphic Designer , you will report to the Lead Art Director of NOAM in campaign execution and contribute to the successful delivery of a range of internal and external projects on multiple channels. Ensuring brand consistency and maintaining our high-quality standards
Play an integral role in helping visually communicate our product to multiple audiences
Propose creative solutions that support the brand and business objectives across all platforms from pitch to final production
Contribute and collaborate with the wider team filled with designers, product marketers, content writers and marketing managers.
Managing & meeting your own project deadlines with input and direction from the project manager
A portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality work

• 3+ years of multidisciplinary design work experience in a related field, with particular focus on digital media design. Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
• A knack for balancing creative and performance
• A positive, “yes and” attitude to the creative process
• Advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva
• High level of proficiency in English
• You have a passion for design and are constantly up to date with the latest trends
• As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
