CRM Solutions Architect
Term: January 05, 2026- January 31, 2026
Location: Onsite/Hybrid, 1 stone rd, Guelph., Our client is seeking an Intermediate CRM - Solutions Designer
Key Deliverables for Intermediate CRM - Solutions Designer :
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business needs, translating them into user stories and technical specifications. Perform fit-gap analysis to map Salesforce capabilities against requirements.
Product Delivery: Design and configure solutions on Salesforce Lightning Cloud (LWC), including Apex, VisualForce, APIs, and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP. Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, and GitLab. Ensure compliance with AODA standards and provide post-implementation support.
Prioritization: Manage multiple development tasks, balancing coding, testing, and deployment activities. Adhere to coding standards and optimize solutions for scalability, security, and performance.
Partner with architects, business analysts, and IT teams throughout the SDLC. Communicate technical approaches effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience in Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud with a solid understanding of when salesforce configuration options are desirable over custom code
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
