Account Management Director

Randstad Winnipeg is currently looking for a motivated and driven Account Manager to join a fantastic, growing organization located in the North of Winnipeg.
Are you a self-motivated, driven, tenacious sales professional with outstanding customer service skills? Do you enjoy building relationships and are able to connect with people easily? Mon - Fri daytime hours (8:00 am - 4:00 pm - in-office)

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts across Canada
- Project-manage new sales campaigns with customers
- Manage pricing and contract negotiations from implementation to execution
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales department on proposals and development opportunities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to contribute to the company's goals
- Previous business development and Account Management experience
- Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods will be an asset (ideally in Produce)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel within Canada as well as the U.Apply directly on this site
