We’re looking for an Internal Investigator to help reduce company losses by leading investigations into internal theft and fraud. You’ll work closely with store teams and law enforcement, maintain detailed case files, and ensure professional, ethical handling of each case. Guaranteed 37.5-hour work week year-round, reimbursed parking fees and mileage (where applicable), and advance scheduling to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Company-provided equipment (cell phone, laptop, tools) and Provincial security licensing training and annual fee reimbursement.
Conduct interviews using company approved techniques, apprehend Associates who commit theft and fraudulent transactions
Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with Store Management, peers, law enforcement agencies, banking institutions, etc.
Experience as LP Internal Investigator or LP Manager preferred
In Quebec and Ontario, Internal Investigators must have an investigations license for this role
Experience with current CCTV technologies including installation of covert CCTV equipment
Training and experience in Interviewing/Interrogation skills preferred
Strong communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and making public presentations
Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
