Competitive wages – starting rate: $30.62; top rate: $34.50 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position);

Set up and operate a minimum of one production process performing single and/or multiple functions, including CNC or manually controlled equipment.
Perform problem solving and trouble shoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards.
Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process/machine.
Routinely check process/machine for basic maintenance and take correction action in a timely matter.
Required to perform inspection of own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work.
Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems.
Ability to read and interpret production prints.
Position requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required duties.
Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas.
Meet the skill requirements identified in the applicable training matrix, and maintain certification through company Certified Operator Program.
Equivalent machining background or mechanical aptitude.
