Assistante administrative - Service travaux (H/F)

Peak Associates Limited

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced auction environment. This role will provide a combination of administrative support, client communication, and coordination across various projects and internal functions.

Serve as a primary point of contact by answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information to clients in a professional manner
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Assist with the sorting, processing, and organization of invoices and related documentation
Maintain accurate records, files, and internal databases
Support ongoing projects by tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, and assisting with execution
Prepare, edit, and format routine correspondence and internal documentation
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management

2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
