We are seeking a talented Permanent Full-time "Customer Sales Representative" who possesses a strong commitment to work and who thrives in a busy, challenging, team-oriented environment. No Outbound or Cold Calling to Customers
Quality Customer Service Driven and not Sales Driven
Position is Full-Time 40 Hours and 5 days a week.
Normal Office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Answer inbound customer service phone calls
Correspond with customers via email and Live Chat sessions
Achieve call center metric targets and customer satisfaction objectives
Identify, research and resolve complex, routine and non-routine customer issues using creative problem-solving and quick decision making
Recognize and act on opportunities for additional sales
Collaborate with warehouse personnel to resolve shipping conflicts
Partner with the outside sales team on customer satisfaction issues
Promote culture focused on world-class customer service, building customer trust, and taking ownership of all customer issues
Bilingual English/French
Strong command both English and French with pleasant and professional phone mannerisms
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French
Computer literate
Appliance parts knowledge would be an asset
Positive, customer oriented, service attitude
Two years prior call center or customer service experience
ASAP
