Administrative Assistant - Temporary (REMOTE)

Description
We are seeking an administrator who can step in for about 1 month to cover a short term leave position.
You must have your own vehicle as the location is very remote.
If you live close to Jack Lake or Chandos Lake or you live in Apsley, Havelock or Woodview then this location is within driving distance.
Pay rate: $24/hr
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- process customer orders,
- process work orders,
- bills of lading,
- order truck carriers,
- data entry for various departments including shipping and project managers
- prepare purchase requisitions
- working with safety department on various administrative projects
- must be able to work independently in a small office with 3 other staff.
- intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office
- prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
- work both independently and on a multi-disciplinary team.
- exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional organizational skills
