At CEVA, we put people first and we strive for better ways in everything we do; Responsible for controlling the receipt, the warehousing and shipment of material, coordination of getting the material to the warehouse and working with the appropriate departments to ship the material to the consignee. Provide customer service to assigned base of accounts.
Determine customer requirements and establish effective processes to ensure requirements are met.
Track material as required.
Update receipts and shipping information into appropriate warehouse system(s).
Prepare packing and shipping documents.
Create billing documents.
Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.
Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
High School Diploma
