Contractor Sales Representative - Inside Sales

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with 1–3 years of construction sales or customer service experience. In this role, you will manage rental quotations, reservations, and customer accounts, while promoting company products and services through strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills. The ideal candidate is a competitive self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and understands the full sales process.
Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers
Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies
Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery
Maintain a clean and presentable showroom, sufficiently stocked with merchandise
Research and maintain a database of contacts and leads.
Schedule and execute strategic cold calls to new and current customers
Implementation, continuous improvement, and support of Texada Rental Software
Add visibility to the sales process with consistent and accurate reporting and documentation
Profile new and existing customers while ensuring existing customer satisfaction with products, or services.
1–3 years of construction sales and customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Full understanding of the sales process
- Dental care
