Recruitment Specialist (H/F) (Human Resources)

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with recruitment coordinators, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient process. You will bring 1-2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience and possess a Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An RPR designation is considered an asset.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule pre-employment testing to identify top talent and support the recruitment process.
Post job openings on the ATS website and job boards and guide shortlisted candidates through the application process for a positive experience.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system, maintaining efficient recruitment operations and clear candidate communication.
Provide regular updates to active candidates and perform additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Proven relationship-building skills through customer service interactions and experience recruiting technical specialists, field/trades personnel, and professionals across multiple disciplines.
Proficient in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, familiar with job boards, HR software, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experienced in conducting behavioural-based interviews across multiple formats (in-person, phone, video).
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent computer skills, with superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
