Complete the testing, performance, and user support of integrations, controls, and data integrity of the ERP system.
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for ERP, MS365 applications, and other applications.
- Liaise with management, departments, and stakeholders for continuous improvement and solve problems.
- Collaborate with external partners and applications to create integrated data solutions.
- Education and training in the field of software or application development and Microsoft applications.
- Training and understanding in current coding languages, application architecture, and data interchange formats such as JSON.
- Experience with Microsoft software and services with a willingness to pursue Microsoft certifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, with professional approach.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, with technical concepts and documentation.
- Experience in Business Central and Microsoft 365 would be an asset.
- Knowledge of cloud and physical infrastructure, SQL, and ERP implementations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills and work procedures.
