Your Role as a Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you're not just leading a team; If you’re a natural people person with a knack for great customer service, we want you to bring your unique flair to our team!
Work alongside your team, connecting with loyal customers and delivering an amazing in-bakery experience.
Take charge of product merchandising and roll out exciting marketing campaigns that showcase our delicious offerings.
Help develop your team through coaching, training, and constructive performance reviews.
Engage with the community through local events and our heartwarming ‘End of Day Giving’ program!
Build schedules and ensure proper time management for your team
You possess outstanding customer service skills and genuinely care about helping others.
You have 1+ years of experience supervising a team in roles like food service or hospitality.
You understand the basics of financial management, including cash and banking processes.
You excel at people management and have experience in recruitment, retention, and staff development.
You are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Be ready to stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift.
