Job : As a member of a 24-hr patient access service, the System Flow Coordinator is responsible for patient flow; to facilitate appropriate access to safe patient care. This will include coordination and accountability for decision making with respects to consultation, placement and movement of patients within and outside of tertiary acute care. The System Flow Coordinator will function as an integral member of an acute care team whose collective responsibility will include access to and movement through resources across the continuum, and to other health facilities. The System Flow Coordinator provides access to consultation with physicians, patients, families, nurses and support staff. 5 years recent experience in a medical, surgical, critical care or ER dept

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
