Operations Plant Manager
The Operations Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, high product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, quality
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations (e.g., Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with leadership responsibility and experience with turn around projects
- Experience in food manufacturing or CPG industry required
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
