Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Dispatcher for our Checker Division in London, ON.
Reporting to Operations Manager, Dispatchers are responsible for providing a high degree of customer service while coordinating bookings. They identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
You are responsible for a high degree of customer service
You will communicate with clients and drivers and work to fill all shifts
The rate for this position is $19.50 per hour.
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Emergency Telecommunications Graduate preferred
- Must have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Work and Excel
This position is based in-office at our main building located at 573 Admiral Court London ON. Please note that remote work options are not available for this role.
