Accounting Clerk / Assistant

Voyago is currently recruiting for a Accounting Clerk in London Ontario.
With a focus on Accounts Receivable the primary function of the Accounting Clerk is to ensure customer payments are received and recorded while ensuring the completion of weekly and monthly reports. They will also assist with billing with a strong focus on daily collections.
Please note that this is an in-office position where you will be based at our London location.
Schedule : Monday to Friday (8:00AM - 4:30PM)
Accounts Receivable
Posts customer payments by recording cash cheques EFT and credit card transactions
Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions from all locations
Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans and payment history
Process monthly pre-authorized payment for Checker customer accounts
Analyzes customer accounts and applies outstanding invoices and credits
Reconcile bank deposit transactions and receipts batches in Accpac
Open and modify accounts
Customer Service
Resolves customer issues and billing inquiries
Contacts customers to receive payment
Creates weekly cash report for billing clerks and follow up with outstanding cash trips
College Diploma/University Degree in Finance or Equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset
You have strong Microsoft Office Experience (Word Excel PowerPoint)
