We have partnered with a public accounting firm in Toronto to provide them with an Bookkeeper. You must have CPA Firm experience.
Responsibilities of the Senior Bookkeeper:
~ Seeking an experienced bookkeeper with strong accounting skills to provide write-up services on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis to a variety of firm clients as needed. This include accounts payable/receivable, recording all banking transactions, creating the trial balance as well as all required closing and adjustment journal entries (and financial statements)
Requirements of the Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper:
- 4 plus years of accounting/bookkeeping experience in a public firm or accounting service company
- Bachelors degree in accounting (asset)
- Payroll experience
- Corporate and personal tax preparation
- Experience in preparing business and individual tax returns
- Payroll processing
