Senior Software Engineer - F/H

Your Role We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer that thrives in a team environment. As part of the Engine team you will be building new features, continuing to improve existing features and functionality, integration with existing Magnet products, cross-team collaboration, and much more. You will focus on thin slicing and delivering iteratively, and work with the team to effectively deliver with quality. The role will be a hybrid of remote work and in office for candidates in a commutable distance to our Waterloo and Ottawa offices. We have a flexible working arrangement.

Be an active team member with fellow talented developers and software testers;
Provide technical leadership without a formal reporting structure within the team and across teams;
Help support the work of your peers by pair programming, reviewing and providing mentoring;
Accountable and take ownership of your projects.
Strong and proficient in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Java);
Experience with Agile Development Practices;
Proficiency in C# .NET;
Experience providing technical leadership with peers and stakeholders;
Experience with AI tools in a development environment;
