Responsible for managing office voicemail and distributing messages.
Manages, monitors, and responsible for general maintenance of reception area.
Orders office supplies for district or assigned area.
Knowledgeable in department/project-specific software.
High school diploma.
Less than one year reception experience.
Professional communication in person and over the phone.
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
