maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of mobile heavy equipment, the Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all planned activities for the shift are executed safely and efficiently.
The Maintenance Supervisor will:
Ensure that scheduled preventive maintenance and all work orders are completed on time and in a safe manner.
Apply and enforce all safety and quality policies and standards.
Evaluate, guide, and support the work of mechanics.
Ensure that the necessary human and material resources are available to execute the planned maintenance activities.
We are seeking a candidate with strong management skills, leadership abilities, problem‑solving capabilities, and the capacity to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships. In addition to a minimum of 10 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic in the mining or heavy civil sectors, combined with at least two years of experience as a foreman or supervisor, the ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of the following equipment:
Caterpillar Off‑Highway Trucks (735 articulated to 777 rigid frame)
Caterpillar Excavators (320 to 5130)
Hitachi 1200 Excavators
Komatsu Excavators (PC750 to PC2000)
Tandem and Highway Trucks
