Technical Project Manager (M/F/D)

As a Technical Project Manager at vCluster Labs, you aren't just tracking tasks; In this role, you will bridge the gap between our engineering vision and delivery, ensuring we maintain customer-centric speed as we build the de facto standard for running Kubernetes on AI infrastructure.
As a Technical Project Manager, your role will include:
Project Leadership: Own the delivery lifecycle of complex technical initiatives. You will actively seek clarification to ensure understanding and define clear project scopes that drive long-term success.
Proactive Risk Management: You will identify dependencies and risks early, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the team remains reliable.
Champion continuous improvement by leveraging feedback as an upgrade path. You will use data and analytics to refine our development processes, ensuring we remain agile and efficient as we scale.
You will manage daily execution via Kanban to minimize the burden on leaders 17 and keep the team focused on high-impact work.

Experience: You have 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a successful startup where you played a pivotal role or within a cloud-native/DevOps environment.
Technical Fluency: You possess a strong understanding of our industry dynamics. You are familiar with Kubernetes architecture, containerization (Docker, Helm), and DevOps principles (CI/CD, Terraform), allowing you to speak with authority to the products we build.
Tooling Mastery: You have "must-have" experience managing workflows using modern project tracking tools, specifically Linear, and can organize complex Kanban boards effectively.
Bonus points for:
Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certifications.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or prior experience as a software engineer.
