FULL TIME- MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Working Title: Maintenance Technician
Employment Status: Full-Time
Starting Hourly Rate: $28.00 per hour
New Hire Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.

You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day upkeep, maintenance, and smooth operation of the facility.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
Perform regular maintenance on the facility including changing light bulbs, carpentry, painting, minor drywall repair, minor plumbing, and tile repair
Repairing Interior walls, installing drywall for repair or replacement
Inspect the facility and other structures to detect malfunctions, furniture maintenance and conduct repairs accordingly
Possess excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
Comfortable with heavy lifting and extensive walking around the facility
Must be aware and or trained on the safe use of equipment, site safety practices, fire prevention and work regulations
