Warehouse Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager – Shipping to lead and support our day-to-day shipping operations. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing supervisors and shipping staff, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries, and driving operational excellence.
You won’t be sitting behind a desk—you’ll be on the warehouse floor every day, boots on the ground , working alongside your team to keep operations running smoothly. Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Lead and support supervisors and their teams through coaching and development
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and vacation planning to meet business needs
- Partner with sales and order desk teams to resolve shipping challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Manage shipping fleet and equipment maintenance with accuracy and accountability
3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping leadership experience
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work in a warehouse setting
- Strong knowledge of shipping operations and transportation regulations
- Proficiency with logistics systems
