We are hiring a Temporary Assistant Program Manager to join our team.
The Opportunity The selected candidate will provide administration support to our Program Managers to help maintain the company's various customer accounts.
Training and development opportunities
Confirm customer purchase order pricing, lead-times, and due dates maintenance as required/requested
Support Documentation activities (purchase order processing, sales orders entry/updating, etc.)
Assist Program Managers to deliver exceptional performance metrics including Revenue Attainment, On-Time Delivery, CSAT and Product Build Margins
Maintain/manage PM's weekly KPI reporting
Support Planning and Scheduling activities
Customer liaison in Program Manager's absence
Assist Program Manager in preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Assist Program Manager's in preparation for Quarterly Ops Review & General Information Sessions
Support all Corporate Programs and initiatives specifically Quality, Safety, & Lean
Ability to perform administrative work including data entry and paperwork processing.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients with a strong focus on customer service
Ability to analyze data, review the operations information, and make suggested changes to improve operational performances.
Strong knowledge or Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, & ERP software
3- 5 years customer service-related business experience
- Strong communication skills, project management skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services industry an asset
- Sound understanding of the electronic manufacturing processes, customer service and business acumen is required for this position.
