Salary: 44.00 to 48.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per
week

Languages: English
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to
work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Collect data to identify areas for improvement within an
organization’s IT infrastructure
Develop and implement a strategic blueprint to follow when deploying
databases within their organization
Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results and recommendations
to other information systems professionals
Enact measures to make sure unauthorized users cannot access the data
Liaise with staff on data requirements, collection and availability
Provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding database
management tools
Develop and implement data administration policy, standards and models
Research and document data requirements, data collection and
administration policy, and data access rules
Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage and for
the backup and recovery of data
Lead and co-ordinate teams of data administrators in the development
and implementation of data policies, standards and models
Ensure compliance with government regulations
