- #As a Junior Accountant, you’ll be an integral part of the finance team, supporting accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and cost accounting. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role provides exposure to the full accounting cycle, helping you gain more experience to develop your career.
Financial Reporting & Reconciliations – Assist with monthly financial statements, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process invoices, manage payments, and support collections.
Cost Accounting Support – Help analyze production costs, inventory valuation, and operational expenses.
Compliance & Documentation – Ensure accurate financial records and adherence to company policies.
Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with operations and finance teams to support business objectives.
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of accounting experience (ideally in a manufacturing setting).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a CPA designation (CPA support available).
