Customer Solution Owner

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Customer Solution Owner reporting to the Implementation Manager. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end value delivery of our Manpower Planning Solution for commercial airline customers, ensuring they achieve maximum strategic impact from the product.
As a Customer Solution Owner, you will act as the bridge between our customers’ crew planning organizations and our internal product, engineering, and implementation teams. You will guide customers in adopting and optimizing the Manpower Planning Solution, while also representing customer needs and business objectives within the product lifecycle.
This role blends product ownership, customer advocacy, and domain expertise. You will influence strategic crew‑planning outcomes, support long‑term workforce planning, and help airlines operate more efficiently through data‑driven decision‑making and scenario modeling.
Own the customer value lifecycle by ensuring customers successfully adopt and maximize the capabilities of the Manpower Planning Solution.
Act as the primary customer-facing product representative, gathering requirements, validating needs, and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and product functionality.
Translate customer business processes into product requirements and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize enhancements and improvements.
Guide customers through solution implementation from project kick‑off and Business Assessment through configuration, testing, and production deployment.
Provide product expertise and strategic advisory on workforce planning, scenario modeling, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers, implementation teams, and portfolio management to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
Support configuration and maintenance activities to ensure the solution remains aligned with evolving customer needs.
Identify and resolve complex system or integration issues in partnership with technical teams.
Enable data‑driven decision‑making by helping customers build precise budgets, forecasts, and long‑term planning scenarios.
Develop and compare operational scenarios based on key performance indicators and strategic objectives.
Explore and validate what‑if scenarios to help customers prepare for operational contingencies.
9+ years of experience in manpower planning or crew management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, synthesize, and interpret complex data.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding of manpower optimization and workforce planning.
Experience with data integration, interfaces, and database configuration including XML extensions.
Ability to read Python or similar programming languages.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Customer Success methodologies such as the LAER model (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew).
Bachelor’s degree plus 9+ years of related experience, or
Master’s degree plus 7+ years of related experience, or
PhD plus 4+ years of related experience, or

Jeppesen ForeFlight recherche un Responsable de Solution Client relevant du Gestionnaire de l’implantation. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la livraison de valeur de bout en bout de notre solution de planification des effectifs pour les clients du secteur aérien commercial, en veillant à ce qu’ils tirent un impact stratégique maximal du produit.
En tant que Responsable de Solution Client, vous agirez comme pont entre les organisations de planification des équipages de nos clients et nos équipes internes de produit, d’ingénierie et d’implantation. Vous guiderez les clients dans l’adoption et l’optimisation de la solution de planification des effectifs, tout en représentant leurs besoins et objectifs d’affaires tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.
Vous influencerez les résultats stratégiques de planification des équipages, soutiendrez la planification de la main-d’œuvre à long terme et aiderez les compagnies aériennes à opérer plus efficacement grâce à la prise de décision basée sur les données et la modélisation de scénarios.
Assumer la gestion du cycle de valeur client en veillant à ce que les clients adoptent et maximisent les capacités de la solution de planification des effectifs.
Agir comme principal représentant produit auprès des clients, recueillir les exigences, valider les besoins et assurer l’alignement entre les objectifs du client et les fonctionnalités du produit.
Guider les clients à travers l’implantation de la solution, du lancement du projet et de l’évaluation d’affaires jusqu’à la configuration, les tests et le déploiement en production.
Fournir une expertise produit et des conseils stratégiques en matière de planification de la main-d’œuvre, de modélisation de scénarios et d’optimisation.
Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projet et les équipes d’implantation pour assurer une livraison fluide et la résolution des enjeux.
Soutenir les activités de configuration et de maintenance afin de maintenir l’alignement de la solution avec l’évolution des besoins clients.
Identifier et résoudre les problèmes complexes de système ou d’intégration en partenariat avec les équipes techniques.
Favoriser la prise de décision basée sur les données en aidant les clients à bâtir des budgets, prévisions et scénarios de planification à long terme.
Développer et comparer des scénarios opérationnels basés sur des indicateurs clés de performance et des objectifs stratégiques.
9+ années d’expérience en planification des effectifs ou gestion des équipages.
- Solides compétences analytiques avec capacité à collecter, synthétiser et interpréter des données complexes.
- Capacité démontrée à bâtir de solides relations avec les clients, parties prenantes et équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Compréhension de l’optimisation des effectifs et de la planification de la main-d’œuvre.
Expérience en intégration de données, interfaces et configuration de bases de données, incluant les extensions XML.
Capacité à lire du Python ou des langages similaires.
Baccalauréat en administration, informatique ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
Familiarité avec les méthodologies Customer Success telles que le modèle LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew).
Formation Et Expérience Typiques:
