Floor Coverings International provides the BEST in-home flooring experience in North America and is a fast growing, turnkey flooring provider. We are looking to add only the best In-Home and flooring sales rep to our team. You'll be working directly with the local owner and our small team to provide our clients with a great experience. We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work hard, including some evenings and weekends. Cell phone allowance
Vacation/PTO
Follow Floor Coverings International processes and systems
Networking within your specific market to self generate leads
Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly
Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
Engage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)
Minimum 1 year experience in In-Home sales
Flooring sales experience is preferred but not required
