Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a receptionist for our Med Spa. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and provide administrative support to the med spa team. With a warm and welcoming demeanor, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and relaxing experience for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our med spa
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing accurate and informative responses about services, pricing, and appointment availability.
Schedule client appointments using our booking system, efficiently managing the calendar to optimize appointment slots.
Maintain client records and update the database accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
Handle payment processing, track expenses, and reconcile cash registers at the end of each day.
Promote additional services, products, or packages that align with clients' needs and preferences.
Assist in managing inventory, and restocking spa supplies as needed.
Make and serve coffee and beverages to our clients
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred, especially in a spa or medical setting.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using computers, appointment booking software such as Jane app, and basic office tools.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of medical spa services, treatments, and products (preferred, but not mandatory).
