Are you a Business Systems Analyst who loves solving complex problems, running with initiatives, and being the bridge between business vision and technical delivery? We’re partnering exclusively with a leading organization to hire a skilled Business Systems Analyst who can jump in quickly and make an immediate impact across a variety of IT initiatives.
Work on diverse projects—everything from application enhancements to security initiatives.
2 days onsite in Oakville, 3 days remote.
High-impact work with direct visibility across IT, business, and leadership teams.
A January start with strong potential for a contract extension.
As a key BSA on the team, you’ll be right at the centre of delivering business and technology solutions:
Requirements & Analysis
Document and prioritize business & functional requirements
Project / Initiative Leadership
Prepare key project artifacts (charters, risk logs, status reports)
Partner across IT and business teams to drive solutions from concept through to release
Serve as the translator between business needs and technical implementation
You're someone who can “jump in” quickly and operate confidently in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment. 4–5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst (more is welcome)
Experience in financial services or mortgage lending considered a strong asset
Hands-on familiarity with Agile, 2-week sprints, Jira, Confluence
Experience delivering multiple types of projects (enhancements, integrations, off-the-shelf implementations, etc.)
