Nous accompagnons une entreprise technologique en forte croissance, spécialisée dans le développement de solutions audio avancées combinant matériel de pointe et algorithmes propriétaires de traitement du signal.
Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recherche un(e) Applications Manager pour piloter l’ingénierie applicative et accompagner les clients dans l’intégration et le déploiement de solutions technologiques innovantes.
Réviser et valider les mesures, simulations, benchmarks et rapports techniques
Accompagner le développement technique et professionnel des membres de l’équipe
Support clients & collaboration commerciale
Agir comme point de contact technique principal pour les clients stratégiques
Répondre aux questions techniques en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales
Communiquer clairement les résultats techniques et recommandations aux clients
Ingénierie applicative & expertise technique
Accompagner la conception des produits clients intégrant des solutions audio avancées
Fournir des simulations acoustiques et des recommandations d’intégration système
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes logiciel et R&D
Assurer une expérience client cohérente via des supports techniques clairs
Favoriser l’autonomie des clients grâce à des ressources techniques réutilisables
Identifier les risques techniques et proposer des stratégies d’atténuation
Support clients international
Participer ponctuellement à des appels tôt le matin ou tard le soir selon les besoins
Développer des relations techniques solides avec des partenaires internationaux
Expertise en microphones, acoustique ou systèmes audio (fortement souhaitée)
Formation en génie électrique, mécanique, acoustique, physique ou domaine connexe
Solides compétences techniques sur des systèmes matériels complexes
Flexibilité horaire pour le support clients international
Leadership technique et managérial
Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
Passionné(e) par le leadership technique et les technologies audio ?
