Join our dynamic commodity trading team as a Natural Gas & Power Trading Analyst this role youll enhance technical expertise in North American power and gas markets develop and maintain analytical models and support strategy development across multiple commodities. Develop and maintain analytical and optimization models including supply/demand and pipeline flow models to support trade strategies
Optimize and support current models ensuring accuracy and consistency with underlying data
Conduct market research and analysis to directly support trading activities
Build relationships with industry customers and partners to understand key business drivers and anticipate industry trends
Collaborate closely with the commercial team to support growth initiatives and foster a culture of customer focus innovation and teamwork
You hold a university degree in Business Computer Science Engineering Statistical Modeling Economics or a related field
Possess advanced computer and analytical skills especially with Excel
Demonstrate excellent computer programming skills and strong data management/database knowledge
