Support managers and employees across multiple provinces with day-to-day HR guidance
Support employees and leaders across multiple provinces with expert guidance on medical leaves accommodations and WCB claims
Manage all aspects of employee leaves (STD LTD WCB personal and medical)from documentation to return-to-work planning
Coordinate workplace accommodations in alignment with medical documentation and legislative requirements
Advise on employment legislation policies compensation and benefits
Coach leaders through performance management and progressive discipline
Share data driven insights and solutions based on engagement surveys stay and exit surveys
Provide tailored learning and development to individuals and groups
Lead investigations and support employee relations matters
Own exciting HR projects that move usand youforward

Experience: 3 years in an HR Business Partner role preferably with a focus on accommodations medical/WCB case management and leave administration.
A post-secondary HR diploma degree or certificate is required.
Confident using Microsoft Office HRIS (we use BambooHR)
Skilled in building relationships at all levels
Proactive: You bring energy a strategic mindset and a commitment to supporting and empowering our people.
Flexible: Able to manage multiple priorities and travel occasionally (valid drivers license required)
