Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will support the Digital Shared Services project within Digital Health focusing on improving healthcare delivery through information and communication technology. This role involves performing business analysis tasks for information system implementation projects process mapping requirements elicitation and potentially configuring hospital EPR applications. The work will be performed remotely within Canada.
Location:Canada Remote
Responsibilities:
- Performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects.
- Documenting customer requirements and business processes.
- Identifying capability gaps.
- Eliciting requirements from stakeholders.
- Implementing systems in a healthcare setting.
- Gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
- Configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications (potentially).
- Working on EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation (potentially).
- Working on GoldCare Long Term Care solution implementation (potentially).
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
- 10 years experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.
- 5 years experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting.
- 3 years experience implementing a project across multiple hospitals including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
- Copies of degrees or certifications.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.
- 3 years experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications.
- 3 years experience directly related to EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation.
- 3 years experience directly related to the implementation of GoldCare Long Term Care solution over multiple sites.
Special Considerations:
- Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.
- Additional hours may be required (up to 10% of total hours).
Scheduling:
- 7.75 hours per business day (Central Time).
- Potential for additional hours based on project requirements.
