REMOTE Customer Support/Customer Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative, you will assist clients with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience. Your excellent communication skills and client-focused approach will help foster long-term relationships and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat promptly and professionally.
Provide information about products, services, and account details.
Resolve client issues or escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are fully addressed.
Gather feedback and insights to support continuous improvement.
Support onboarding and account setup for new clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, client support, or a related role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus.
