Notre client est une organisation bien établie dans le secteur des biens de consommation, avec une forte présence sur le marché québécois. Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire des ventes pour encadrer et développer une équipe tout en assurant l’atteinte des objectifs régionaux en volume, distribution et visibilité des marques.
Ce rôle est idéal pour un leader terrain, orienté performance, qui sait mobiliser une équipe et générer des résultats concrets.
Déployer les objectifs régionaux en matière de volume, distribution et exécution en marché
Encadrer, motiver et développer les gestionnaires de district afin d’optimiser la performance individuelle et collective
Effectuer des visites terrain régulières (minimum trois par semaine) afin d’offrir du coaching et de la rétroaction
Communiquer les objectifs de placement et assurer le respect des standards d’exécution en point de vente
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et ajuster les priorités selon les résultats
Tenir des rencontres individuelles mensuelles pour revoir les performances et établir des objectifs de développement
Assurer la complétion des exigences administratives et des rapports requis
7+ années d’expérience en gestion des ventes, supervision ou leadership d’équipe
- Bonne compréhension du marché et des techniques de vente professionnelles
- Solides compétences en coaching et développement des talents
- Forte capacité d’organisation, de gestion du temps et des priorités
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et expérience avec un CRM
- Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour déplacements, incluant certains séjours à l’extérieur
Our client is a well-established consumer goods organization with a strong presence in the Quebec market. They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of District Managers while driving regional objectives related to volume, distribution, and brand execution.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in the field, knows how to motivate teams, and delivers measurable results.
Drive regional objectives related to sales volume, distribution, and in-market execution
Lead, coach, and develop District Managers to maximize individual and team performance
Conduct regular field visits (minimum three per week) to provide coaching and performance feedback
Communicate brand placement objectives and ensure execution standards are achieved at retail
Monitor performance metrics and adjust priorities based on results
Hold monthly one-on-one meetings with District Managers to review performance and set development goals
Ensure completion of required administrative and reporting tasks
Foster a collaborative, performance-driven team culture
3–5+ years of experience in sales leadership, supervision, or team management
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and professional selling techniques
- Strong coaching and talent development skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based leadership role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
