This is a ground-floor enterprise sales hire. The mid-market business is strong – product-market fit is real, the team is closing, and inbound is healthy. Your pipeline is 100% self-sourced. You'll build your own target account list, identify the right contacts across org charts, and run a disciplined outbound motion from first touch to close. When you need a demo deep-dive, you'll pull in support – but you own the relationship end-to-end.
You'll help write it.
Build and own a target account list focused on Fortune 500 and large DTC brands with significant paid media spend
LinkedIn, email, phone, events – whatever it takes to get in the room
Navigate complex org structures to identify and build champions across creative strategy, performance marketing, and the C-suite
Lead discovery, manage multi-threaded deal cycles, and negotiate contracts and security requirements through legal and procurement
Partner closely with the founding team on enterprise GTM strategy – you'll have real input on how we approach this market
Proven track record of landing enterprise logos – you've hunted large accounts and closed them, not just managed renewals
Genuinely outbound-native: you're comfortable building pipeline from scratch, not dependent on inbound volume
High EQ, executive presence, and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior buyers
Familiarity with the paid media, creative, ad tech, or AI solutions space is a plus – but strong enterprise hunters without it can ramp fast

We value chatting through opinions over top-down decisions, maintain transparency across the organization into decision-making processes, and ensure your voice will be heard if you have any feedback.
Remote-first with hybrid flexibility : We're a remote-first company with team members spanning Canada, the U.and beyond, but also have office spaces in 4 main hubs (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Porto) for optional hybrid work.
To stay connected in a virtual workspace, we get together at least once yearly for a company-wide offsite (this year, we spent a week by the lake in Muskoka, Canada!)
Virtual: Day-to-day, we use Roam, an AI-powered virtual office platform that fosters spontaneous collaboration, drop into meetings or quick chats, and interact with colleagues for a simulated, "live" digital headquarters.
Outside of the option to go to one of our offices, our team gets together for a team offsite once/year, and we have a company retreat every summer.

We closed out 2024 with a $30M Series B raise and strong signals from our customers. In 2025, we built the foundational capabilities our customers rely on, setting the stage for what's to come. In 2026, we’re building forward from that foundation, taking what we learned to market in a deeply AI-native way. The direction is clearer, the stakes are higher, and there’s a lot left to build.
Motion is a fully remote company but we’re looking for someone based in Canada or the United States who can work with significant overlap to ET working hours.
