Full rate of pay $32.18 per hour following 90 days of service

As a Houseperson, the organizational support you provide to the housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and welcoming – and our guests feel valued.
Reporting to the Director, Housekeeping responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Ensure Housekeeping departmental standards are followed
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including but not limited to guest corridors, lobby, Health Club and restrooms.
Support the housekeeping team by removing dirty linen, and collecting garbage and recyclables from guest rooms.
Ensure laundry and housekeeping closets are stocked and organized.
Clean and maintain back-of-house areas to ensure a tidy and safe work environment.
Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping, including delivering extra towels, bedding, or amenities.
Assist with the delivery and pick-up of guest items as needed.
Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing and moving furniture.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Assist in room turnovers, ensuring rooms are properly stocked with amenities and linens.
Handle lost and found items and assist with documentation and storage.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
