As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for variety of accounting tasks supporting the team. Full cycle accounting with emphasis on Accounts Payable
Data entry and coding of invoices along with coordinating payments
Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
Fixed asset schedule and prepaid asset schedule maintenance
Balances intercompany accounts by reconciling entries
Completing timely and accurate full-cycle bookkeeping services
Maintains accurate records and control reports
Supporting other accounting functions for the team
Post-secondary education with a diploma or degree in Accounting / Finance
Experience in Replicon, QuickBooks Online would be an asset
Experience working with clouded based database software
Strong computer skills and knowledge in relevant office software applications (such as Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, charts and graphs, lookup tables, formulas, and filtering)
Language of work: English

The estimated range is between $38.50- $42.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
