Passionate about business development and coaching? Looking for a flexible remote role with a supportive team? We’re a professional coaching and education company , helping individuals develop skills for success. We’re looking for a Business Development & Coaching Coordinator to help expand our reach, connect with professionals, and support our growing community.
Business Development & Outreach – Connect with individuals interested in professional growth.
Coaching & Community Engagement – Participate in live calls and workshops, supporting and guiding individuals on their journey.
Social Media & Marketing – Create and manage content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness.
Content Creation – Develop engaging posts and promotional materials (training provided!).
Passionate about coaching, mentoring, or business growth.
Skilled in or eager to learn social media marketing and outreach.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Work from anywhere – 100% remote and flexible (minimum 2 hours/day ).
Full training provided – No business development experience? Performance-based incentives – (Details in the interview.)
At least 3 years of work experience (this role is not suitable for students).
