Chargé de support Administration des Opérations Clients

En tant que superviseur des opérations de détail, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la stimulation des ventes et l’excellence opérationnelle. Vous dirigerez par l’exemple, en offrant un service à la clientèle inspirant pour dépasser les attentes de nos clients. Vous priorisez l’amélioration continue pour garantir un rendement élevé et le respect des normes de marchandisage et de la marque.
De plus, vous superviserez et gérerez tous les aspects de l’excellence opérationnelle du magasin, y compris le marchandisage, le flux de marchandises, les promotions et les tâches du bureau de direction, y compris l’administration du bureau de la caisse et les rapports. En tant que détenteur de clés, vous agissez à titre de dirigeant en devoir, soutenant les programmes et la formation dans tout le magasin.
Assurer une expérience client harmonieuse en utilisant tous les outils et toutes les techniques à votre disposition.
Excellence opérationnelle : Superviser tous les aspects des normes en matière d’inventaire et de marchandisage en partenariat avec l’équipe de direction, ce qui inclut de s’assurer que la surface de vente est prête pour les clients chaque jour, le marchandisage visuel, les préparatifs pour les promotions et l’affichage. Superviser l’organisation et la gestion des tâches de l’arrière-boutique et fournir des rapports réguliers sur les niveaux de stock et les tendances de vente liées à l’excellence opérationnelle.
Formation et perfectionnement : Soutenir la formation, le perfectionnement et l’encadrement des associés. Jouer un rôle de soutien dans les conversations sur le rendement et la formation pour une culture axée sur le rendement élevé et les ventes.
Communication : Faciliter une communication claire et en temps opportun pour les associés, créer et diriger des réunions, et assurer l’exploitation efficiente du magasin en réglant rapidement tout problème.
Tâches administratives : Gérer les tâches du bureau de la direction, incluant l’administration des rapports hebdomadaires du bureau de caisse. Assurer une gestion précise et cohérente du bureau de la caisse.
De 1 an à 2 ans d’expérience préalable dans un poste de supervision avec responsabilité directe d’atteindre des objectifs de ventes et de service.
