As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide team leadership, develop care plans, assess unstable residents, and execute various nursing interventions, including medication administration, treatment, and patient transfers.

As a Registered Nurse at our Kelowna communities, you are a key leader in delivering compassionate, person-centred care. You support residents with complex health needs while fostering strong relationships within the team and broader community. Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.

Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage complex health conditions.

Develop and implement person-centred care plans.

Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Participate in quality improvement and ensure health and safety compliance.

Model Baptist Housing’s ministry values and practice servant leadership.

Work in a vibrant and scenic community in Kelowna, located in the Okanagan Valley.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree

A member in good standing or eligible for membership with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)

Current First Aid Certificate

Food Safe Certificate

Experience as a nurse in a long-term care environment, preferably.

You are competent, compassionate, and have an unwavering commitment to the well-being of those you serve.

Level 3 RNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $41.42 to $55.91 as outlined in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement. Baptist Housing Careers
