This role involves client visits, follow-ups on issues, and negotiating new deals to expand our market presence.

Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for client concerns or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals and to provide feedback for product improvements.

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the ophthalmic lens or optical industry
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office environment
Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.
