Your journey begins with a 2-week paid tryout designed to compress hiring, training, and validation into a single high-energy motion. Week two, The Pipeline Sprint , tests your ability to self-generate interest through pure cold outbound execution, requiring one MQL to secure your permanent spot on the team. Once these milestones are met, you’ll enter the Graduation Phase , layering in advanced CRM workflows and negotiation strategies to become fully ramped and ready to close high-value annual contracts.

Sell Value, Not Features: You will move prospects from monthly "testing" mindsets to 6 and 12-month strategic partnerships.

Great AE: Uses the $349/mo anchor to close a $199/mo annual contract.

"Sales DNA: You have 1-3 years of B2B SaaS closing experience. You use Perplexity to research accounts. Operational Excellence : You are consistent, disciplined, and you treat your pipeline like a science.

You earn a competitive, fixed USD base salary of 25k-33k (approx. 65% of your OTE) so you can focus on quality discovery, not just survival.

• The "Contract Multiplier": We reward retention-focused selling. 90-Day Expansion Bonus: The sale doesn't end at the signature. You are compensated for every seat expansion or upsell CSMs drive within a new customer's first 90 days.
• Your promotion from AE I all the way to Principal AE ($130k OTE) is based strictly on your Install Base and Quota performance.
