RESPONSABLE CONTROLE DE GESTION OPERATIONNEL (H/F)

Manage all event operations budgets to ensure budget maximums are not exceeded while always seeking financial efficiencies for SME and all relevant event stakeholders.

Establish an operational critical path for each assigned event and manage to ensure key milestones are achieved, while process improvements are identified and made as needed.

Assist in evaluating event service contractor bids including Venue, General Contractor, Audio Visual, Catering, Registration, Transportation/Customs, Temporary Staffing, among others.

Develops operations budget for assigned events and maintains cost control.

Coordinate with venue, contractors and labour to ensure a successful operational experience on-site including favourable move-in and move-out experiences for exhibitors.

Provides ongoing customer service to exhibitors, including assistance on planning and event set-up.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality management, business administration or related required.

At least three (3) years of experience in operations, marketing, events, conferences, project management or sales.

Operations or Event management experience preferred.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (French) skill set an asset.

Primary office location: Some travel required (10% - 40%).
