Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Scrum Master passionné, engagé et orienté vers la livraison pour accompagner nos équipes dans l’adoption et l’optimisation des pratiques Agile. La personne idéale est un leader servant, capable de faciliter la collaboration, de lever les obstacles et de créer un environnement propice à la performance et à l’innovation.
Agir commeleader pour l’équipe Scrum et favoriser la collaboration entre développeurs, PO et parties prenantes;
- Planifier, animer et optimiser les cérémonies Agile : daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, rétrospectives, refinement;
- Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques Agile et travailler à l’amélioration continue des processus;
- Faciliter la communication avec les parties prenantes afin d'assurer une compréhension commune des objectifs et des risques;
Minimalement 5 années d'expérience concrète en tant que Scrum Master;
- Excellente compréhension des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe un atout);
- Démontrer un niveau élevé d'anglais et de français (compréhension autant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral);
- Aptitudes marquées en communication, vulgarisation et animation;
- Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
- Habileté à gérer des enjeux organisationnels (techniques, politiques ou humains);
- Certification Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, etc.) (GFT Technologies est une entreprise mondiale de transformation numérique axée sur l’intelligence artificielle.
